To provide health care to rural, semi   rural, resettlement colonies, slam and squatter settlements, pertaining to detection, treatment  and  prevention and cure of disease and for that purpose to assist, setup, manage, run and aid hospital, dispensaries mobile dispensaries and also setup, aid support education institution for promoting better health and to conduct awareness programmes throwing light upon the problems of health sanitation, drug abuse, HIV / sexual disease, alcoholism and other socio – medical ailments.

To create awareness and give them facilities for health problems and to establish, maintain, manage and run charitable dispensaries, nursing homes, spiritual healing centre and hospitals to provide free medical facilities, cloths, blankets, cycles blazers, book and other necessary needs to the person living in slum areas and from rural poor families, to de-addiction camps, educate and help people for prevention and t treatment of HIV/AIDS, to provide nursing training other type of paramedical services, family planning, to help prenatal and postnatal women, blood donation, eye donation and work for chronic disease (Leprosy and cancers).

To establish educational, Environment, medical, Ayurvedic, Agriculture, Dairy, Women & Children Empowerment training centre in urban, rural & tribal areas and to provide basic needs to the downtrodden people to promote family welfare reproduction Health Education, counseling on Problems related to various aspects of life.

To co-operate with foreign and Indian exercise and organization similar to this National to international with a view to promoting socio, legal, economic development, National Interrogation, Communal Harmony and brotherhood and to create awareness about Environmental pollution conservation, waste land, AIDS/HIV sexually transmitted diseases and conduct anti-drugs abuse programe for the masses.
To provide and promote health education activities particularly in the rural, urban slums, tribal area to set up early cancer, HIV/AIDS, leprosy, TB, detection facilities and hold for the same camp and extensive propaganda for educating and motivating people for voluntary blood donation and blood transplantation unit and to prevent and control of blindness contract surgery, eye health education and care, many power training and operational research, to set up allopathic, ayurvedic, homeopathic and naturopathy, yoga new hospital dispensaries in rural, urban tribal area, medical care facilities to provide improved medical services for the masses.

To make arrangement for mobile emergency VAN/ AMBULANCE for the victims of road accident, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shifts them to nearby hospital, also provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.

To open, found establish promote, set-up run and maintain and set up of eye donation camps, eye banks, dispensaries, hospital and other forms of organization to promote eye donation. To organize a model Hospital with all medical facilities cheap and best treatment at the door of patients (SULAB SWATH SEVA).
